Dr. Nelkin is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician with 16 years of experience in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care. He is the co-owner of SoCal Skin. Additionally, Dr. Nelkin worked at a local wellness clinic focusing on health and hormone optimization. He has a passion for wellness and helping others look and feel their best. Through his medical practice, Dr. Nelkin honed his skills in taking care of complex facial lacerations and helping those patients achieve the best cosmetic outcome. Dr. Nelkin received his certification in Neurotoxin and Dermal Fillers from the National Laser Institute. He is thrilled to open SoCal Skin Med Spa with his artistic and talented wife! During his free time he enjoys an active lifestyle including mountain biking, hiking, Orange Theory, and golf.
